Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a strong understanding of business development platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and others. This role is crucial for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand our customer base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Platform Expertise: Utilize platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and others to find new business opportunities and manage client interactions.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales contracts. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of the market. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on business development activities. Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve business strategies.

  • Amazon Account Management: Oversee the daily operations of our Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Product Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings to enhance visibility, improve search rankings, and increase conversions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, monitor key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to drive growth and profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement promotional strategies, including Amazon Advertising campaigns, to boost product visibility and sales.
  • PPC Management: Develop and execute Amazon PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and ad copy optimization.
  • Ecommerce Tools: Utilize Helium 10 and Jungle scout tools to conduct market research, analyses data, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage feedback to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and advertising effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience (2 to 4 years) managing Amazon Seller Central accounts with a deep understanding of Amazon’s platform and best practices.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Amazon Advertising and other e-commerce tools.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Amazon Seller Central Management Oversee and manage day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller Central.

Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.

  • Listing Management Create, optimize, and manage product listings to improve visibility and sales.

Regularly update product content, images, and descriptions.

  • Inventory Management Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain optimal inventory.

Forecast demand and manage replenishment orders to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
